Our project "Multilayer Framework for the Information Spreading Characterization in Social Media during the COVID-19 Crisis" is highly ranked and accepted by the Croatian science foundation on the 2nd July 2020. The project is in the top 11 projects that will be financed by the HRZZ in the next 18 months.

Ana Meštrović participated in the HTV show "Kod nas doma". The topic was dedicated to the collaboration between researchers and OmoLab in the development of the mobile application for dyslexia (January 13th 2020.)

Ana Meštrović and Mihaela Matešić give a talk about their experience with knowledge transfer and their collaboration with OmoLab. They present a SyllAssist algorithm that they developed for mobile application OmoReader created to facilitate the reading of texts in Croatian to persons with dyslexia. (16th December 2019.)

SemText members Ana Meštrović and Sanda Martinčić-Ipšić received "1st Knowledge Transfer" award, by University of Rijeka Foundation and company Alarm automatika, for the SyllAssist work on the algorithm for Croatian syllables segmentation used in OmoLab's application OmoReader for reading support in dyslexia, 15 November 2019, Rijeka.
